Today’s Question: What language do most Eritreans Speak? (Click on the flag for the answer)
“Quote of the Day” – Handwriting Practice
C. S. Lewis (1898 – 1963) was a Christian writer best known for the Narnia stories. He became a Christian after reading one of Chesterton‘s books and after many conversations with his friend J. R. R. Tolkien, (author of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings) who was Catholic. Together they were part of a writer’s club called the Inklings. For over 16 years they regularly met up, read each other their writings, and swapped comments and ideas. They encouraged each other a lot, so without Tolkien, we might never have had Lewis and without Lewis we might never have had Tolkien.

Well done! 🙂
Sir do we need to write the words we have done again?
Yes, Shahd, do them again, that is what will help you remember them and also, the whole exercise will make less sense if you miss a word out. 🙂
Sir instead of me remembering the words we have done it has confused and there are 6 words and 7 meanings this is not helping me remember:/ if there are other people are not confused can u please explain how u do it pls.
Hi Shahd, Can you see that ‘peer’ is both a noun and a verb?
They are two different words with completely different meanings; they are homonyms.
Does that help? If you look at the next exercise with the examples, that might make
it easier.
Thank you
