  1. My sister taught me this in year 4. You times by the ‘D’ and then that will be your ‘D’ for your answer. Next, crossover so you times the top left to the bottom right. Do that again to the other one. Then add the two answers from the crossovers then that will be your’N’ for the answer.
    1/4 +2/3 = 11/12
    3/4 +2/3 = 17/12 or 1 and 5/12
    4/8 + 2/4 = 32/32 or 1 whole
    5/8 + 3/4 = 44/32 or 1 whole and 12/32
