I wasn’t expecting i to be like this. I thought that there would be more action. I personally predict that the chief commissioner and the Clerk are criminals but Clerk doesn’t know that the chief commissioner is a criminal and the chief commissioner doesn’t know that the Clerk is a criminal. I think he did the damage to the ships because London must have only sent a wire to look out for them but if he knew about the queen Mary, That is very suspicious
