Thursday, 4th October was National Poetry Day. All of that week, every member of year 4 chose one of their favourite poems to memorise. Then, they recited these to the whole class on Thursday. The performances were wonderful and all of the children enjoyed both performing and watching their friends perform. We cannot wait to learn some more poetry again soon!
