Well, some classes will be returning to school this week. They will be social distancing which means only 15 in a class maximum. Hopefully, we will all see each other before the end of term but this may not happen. We are entering the Unknown…. again!

We Won!!!
Well done to the children who played on Times Table Rockstars over Half Term. We managed to beat year 4 in a challenge and will now take on Year 5! We will start this next week so keep looking out. Well done to Aston Lightspeed, Connie Cash, Jay Coasters and Deke Criss! Our score was 1,474 so let’s try and beat that next time.

I hope everybody had a nice weekend. This week, I will be reading a book to you! I know lots of teachers have been doing it and so now it is my turn!! Not today though!

This is the book that I will be reading to you over this week. What do you think it could be about? A promise! What type of promise? Have you ever made a promise to someone? Tell someone in your house about a promise that you have made. Did you keep or break the promise? Write an explanation about what you promised and whether you kept your promise.

I think A certain child is leading the charts in class. I am attempting to catch him up. Try to go TTRs this week. I am trying to have 5 games a day.
Remember you improve by going on studio and improving how fast you get. Use your planner to help find out the answers.

Mr Davis has been on Times Tables Rockstars and is up into 8th position on the whole school leader board. One member in year 3 is 6th!! Watch out Mr Davis is coming!
If you keep going on studio, you can improve where you are on the overall leaderboard or if you go on the other games you can keep practising and improve.
