“Quote of the Day” –  Handwriting Practice

Usain St. Leo Bolt (1986-  ), the Jamaican Olympic athlete is generally considered to be the greatest sprinter of all time. Although he retired from competition in 2017 he still holds the world record for the 100m, 200m and 4 x 100m relay. After retirement, he played football with an Australian team called Central Coast Mariners. He then started up his own company making electric scooters for inner city use. Usain Bolt is a Catholic.

“There are better starters than me, but I’m a strong finisher.”

This quote has two meanings. Firstly, it’s about sprinting, but it’s also about how you do everything – it doesn’t matter how you start or how many mistakes you make, what matters is what you do afterwards.

Today’s Question: What is Usain Bolt’s world record for the 100m?
