Start of War !!!

Before the war started there was a boy named Charlie. Charlie loved eggs . He was disappointed when the war started ,rations began. The amount of eggs were low because , instead of fresh eggs they had egg powder, which was not a pleasant taste. Then he found out that if you were in the RAF you will feast on tasty fried eggs. So he decided to join the RAF he luckily got recruited.

Training

Training only lasted about a few weeks and Charlie was starting to get the hang of it. Charlie was a really joyful lad. The last training before going off  to fight he have to drop blackened foil strips to confuse the German  radar, which meant that it gave the squadrons a chance to fly undetected by night fighters.

RAF Slang

So, during the world war Charlie was eating powdered egg (which is disgusting)  then he heard that the RAF were having proper eggs. So, Charlie joined the RAF only for the eggs. He only trained for a few weeks before he was sent on his first mission to Germany.

He was checked from the physio before actually going on the mission   first he was tail gunner and his nickname was Tail-End Charlie . Once he forgot to close the door and strap himself in and he nearly dropped out of the air craft and his mates were making fun of him for weeks.

Then, one night Charlie and his mates were relaxing. Then suddenly a Spitfire plane randomly came and started shooting the plane. The front window shattered. They were all okay but unfortunately some hit Charlie but he was  still okay. He was rushed to the RAF Hospital. Then later found out his jaw was broken. They didn’t want him to go back to war. So, they found him a new job as a desk officer.

Then after the war (6 months later) I finally found the love of my life.

A few years BBC Studio called me to do an interview and asked me a few questions. That how I became who I am today.
