It’s me again :-)

We will continue our learning journey this year with patience, perseverance and endurance.

The problem is all sorted now!

Just to remind you. This time we are going to do things a bit differently. We will be using the J2 homework tile on BGFL. I know some of you have used this before, but for those who have not here is quick guide for what to do:
1. Go to school website and click on Pupil Zone >BGFL365

2. Type in your log in details (everyone should have this) if not let me know asap by email at j.bell@stvincnt.bham.sch.uk.

3. Click on J2 homework tile ( the tile is light green) . Take your time finding it as it can be a bit tricky at first. REMEMBER WE ARE ALL LEARNING TOGETHER!

4. Once you get the following page, click on the hyperlinked work, under my homework.

5. Click on ‘go to homework’ then click ‘edit’ button on the top left hand corner of the page to insert your answers onto the worksheet.

6. Following this, you can input your answers and edit your work.

7. When you have completed the task you will need to click on the floppy disk icon towards the top to save your work, so I can mark it for you.

7. Once I have marked your work, you can revisit the piece of homework to see what I have said. To do that go back to the BGFL launch page,

then click on the My Files tab  go to pupil files, year 3 and locate your folder by clicking on

then find your folder

Once you click on your folder you will see all the work you have ever done, including the most recent work. Your work will have a speech bubble hovering, which indicates I have looked at and/or marked your work. Any problems you can contact me.

I will be posting daily Theme, maths, reading/comprehension & writing. Don’t worry, it might seem like a lot, but the due date (when I expect you to finish the work) is over 2 to 3 days. Maths I will expect to be completed daily. I will be checking to see what you have done daily and I will be marking and giving you feedback/tasks.

If you have any problems accessing the homework, do not worry or panic, just let me know.

Make sure you stay safe online and use the internet responsibly.
Take care for now

Mrs Bell:-)

Hi Year 3

I am with Neveah and we have realised that nothing comes up when you go to J2homework. Forgive me, I am getting used to this new platform. Never fear, if you click on the expired square, at the top of the page,  all the work appears. It will look red, indicating that it is expired, but you can still access it and complete the work.

In the meantime, I will change the dates so it comes up straight away. Hopefully it will be all accessible by 10am. However, as I said you can still access in the meantime. have a lovely day.

Mrs Bell

Hello Year 3

Happy New Year.

As you know you are at home instead of school because we are all keeping each other safe. Make sure you continue to follow the guidelines and we will be back at school before you know it 🙂 You are heroes.

In the meantime, I am looking forward to you joining me online so that we can continue our learning and having some fun.

Here are some reminders of our Autumn term together.
