Enjoy VE day!

Dear Year 3 children

It has been wonderful to speak to some (nearly most) of the class this week. Great to hear that you are all well and that you are doing some school work at home. It is really important to do some school work only if it is a little every day. It will really help when we all come back together.

Have a break today due to VE day.

Read this article about VE day.

Or watch this video

When you are in Year 5 and Year 6 you do a theme about World War 2, so why not become an expert now! Have a great weekend and stay safe.

Think about how plastic can be dangerous to the environment.

Can you make a poster about plastic pollution and how we can stop using plastic.

Monday 4th May Work

Good Morning Year 3. I am going to try and put daily work onto the blog from now on! Starting today! I will put other things onto the blog such as the comprehension answers for book 2!

I would recommend trying to use Classroom secrets and trying to do at least 3o minutes with this. The white rose maths I will link each day. You don’t need to print the sheets etc. Just watch and practise the activities. Do something creative in the afternoon – art, use the recycling to make something, some PE activities etc.
