For the children’s theme project, they prepared oral presentations on choosing a World gift for the class. The presentations and posters were fabulous and year 4 had a difficult time choosing the winner. The winner was the fantastic fish group and here it is…..
The children in Year 3 loved visiting the farm and seeing the different animals. They learnt so much from the visit and will be doing more work about farms and animals.
We have been looking at human dignity and how God loves everyone, no matter what.
The children have been learning a text on how to be a good pupil. They have only spent two days learning the text and so this is a great attempt.
The children in Year 3 will be looking at animals, farms and farming over this term along with reading our class book, Charlotte’s Web. I wonder why we found all this in our room?
The children enjoyed role playing a baptism in RE last week as part of our unit on Belonging. The children enjoyed the service and taking on different roles. They began to understand the symbols involved in baptism and why they are important.
