In Year 3 we have been busy tidying up the streets around the school thanks to smurfit kappa and Mrs. Bailey. We enjoyed it but we’re surprised how much mess there was.

In Year 3, we have been looking at how we belong. Who do we belong to? A good question. We answered God though our Baptism. We completed a role play for the service of Baptism.
We have been learning about our skeletons, bones and muscles. We must look after our bodies as they help us in so many ways. Here we are making skeletons out of straws!
In Year 3, we have been learning about Henry VIII and finding out about his many wives. We have also been learning about what it was like to live in Tudor times.
Year 3 have made a great start to the year looking at the basics of human dignity. We studied psalm 139 and understand how much God loves everyone in the world… No matter what. Here is some of our work over the last few days….
We have also started our Catholic Life Book for this term…
On Wednesday, we welcome a new year 3 class! We can’t wait… In Christ, we will love one another and learn.
The children in Year 3 and 4 enjoyed visiting the Malverns and climbing up British Camp. They enjoyed looking at God’s beautiful world and loved the views from the top.
This term the children had a visit from the police and the enjoyed asking lots of questions and dressing up in uniform.
Year 3 have been working groups to present information about the rainforests and why we should protect them.
