In Year 4, we had a workshop with Sister Eleanor from CAFOD about Catholic Social Teachings. The children learnt a lot from this but it was wonderful to see them all working together.



In Year 4, we had a workshop with Sister Eleanor from CAFOD about Catholic Social Teachings. The children learnt a lot from this but it was wonderful to see them all working together.
Last week, Year 4 began their theme for the term. They looked at what is fair and unfair. They will be looking at how we can help poor and vulnerable people but more importantly how we treat them.
Some children were allowed in the chocolate room whilst others were not. This was not fair and the children enjoyed thinking about how the world is not fair.
Year 4,5 and 6 performed on Ukuleles and guitars for the school before Christmas.
The children of year 3,4 and 5 went to Millennium Point to watch the Polar Express and to meet Santa!! It was wonderful.

Year 3 and 4 invited some of their teachers to a thanksgiving meal. We created our own salads and sang for them. We are really grateful for all that they do for us.

We have been preparing different salads in readiness of our thanksgiving event next week. We chopped, grated and sliced different vegetables and made a really nice salad.
In Maths, we have been learning about the perimeter.
