Last week, Year 4 did a biscuit sale to raise money for Lent. Year 4 did well contributing biscuits and selling them also.

A big ‘Thank you!’ to all of the children and staff who supported the sale.

Year 4 have been using their research skills to find information out about plants. They have been using the Internet to research and have presented their work using PowerPoint Presentation and have been gaining information from a selection of books also.

Year 4 have enjoyed drawing symmetrical patterns and grouping shapes (according to their properties) during their week of Geometry.

This Ash Wednesday, we learned about the temptations of Jesus in the desert.

We used drama to explore how this is relevant in our own lives, as we all get tempted.

To be more like Jesus and to follow in His footsteps, we will try to resist temptation.

We wrote encouragement in hearts to remind us of Jesus’ power in overcoming.     

Let’s say ‘No!’ to temptation.
