Year 5 are learning about Macbeth in English. The children learnt the poem of the witches off by heart and made actions for the poem. They also tried to use their voices in different ways.
The children in year 5 on Nigeria Day created their own drums! They had a fantastic time doing this and helped each other throughout the day.
The children in year 5 took part in a wonderful day at St. Paul’s on Tuesday. They had fun designing and creating finger puppets, torches and much more. A big thank you to St. Paul’s for a wonderful day.
Year 5 today performed there class assembly on The Good Samaritan. The children reflected on this story and focused on our Jesuit Virtue for this term of being ACTIVE in our Faith. They were fantastic as you can see here:
The children in Year 5 took part in a public speaking challenge session supported by a teacher from St. Paul’s. The task they engaged in using persuasive devices was to describe a world without certain inventions and technologies.
Both 5K and 5D have been learning an informative text created about an imaginary theme park called DavisKhan Land.
