Year 5 have enjoyed a history day today based on the Vikings! The children have made Viking boats, research who they were and how they invaded and settled in the UK.
Year 5 performed a song from Young Voices for the Music Share 1,3 and 5.

The children in year 5 had a wonderful time at the NEC performing at the Young Voices Concert last week. The children sang and danced their hearts out. Ms. Khan, Mrs. Dunleavy and Miss. Friel enjoyed the event so much and praised the children for their singing but more importantly, their exemplary behaviour.
The children have been learning about Shackleton’s. journey to Antarctica. Today they reproduced a blizzard on board the Endurance.
Our super class sang some beautiful carols at Tesco, were also given some doughnuts by staff! How wonderful!
Four children from year 5 today led a prayer service on the Annunciation for years 1,3 and 5. It was beautiful.
